Overview

The strongest Fusion DPS in the game and the strongest Main DPS overall (outside of quickswap)
Not as dependent on her Signature Weapon as other recent Main DPS Resonators. Standard banner weapons can still carry her to a high level in the right team
Her multiple operating modes let her fit into a wide range of team comps and combat situations - Tune Strain, Fusion Burst, Mono Fusion

Highly dependent on her BiS team, but its a great investment.
Forte Circuit generation relies heavily on her short-range Basic Attacks actually connecting. Enemies that go airborne or keep their distance will stretch her rotations out significantly, risking buffs expiring before her big damage window hits
Fusion Burst mode needs a strong second Resonator to even be worth running and the only real argument for it was Chisa, whose value in that role is completely outclassed by more accessible options in Tune Strain mode.
